We assist our residents with their medication management program. Whether it is setting up and administration or just reminders we can help.
Treatments and Therapies
If you have a need for range of motion exercises or other therapies order by your physician, our staff will be there to ensure that is being done safely and correctly.
Socialization
Our goal is to make sure our residents have a healthy and fulfilling life while residing with us. We will schedule activities and games each week so that you can always have something to do.
Skilled Nursing Services
When our residents require skilled nursing, you can count on the talented RN team at Holistic Health Care. Wound care, ostomy or assessing needs, our RN's can handle it all.
Assistance with Daily Living
We help when you need to shower, shave or just assist with a meal. We will be there for you when you need us.
Non-Medical Transportation
Getting to and from appointments can be a challenging task. We make sure you arrive on time and safe to each appointment. If our staff cannot take you personally, transportation will be arranged so that you can get to where you need to go.
